Maddens Lane Cottages offers two restored timber cottages for holiday rental in the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Marcus Hill is located on the traditional lands of the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin nation.

Cosy, tucked away and filled with characterful pieces, our rustic period cottages take you a world away from the hustle and bustle. Bird life abounds, and our friendly highland cattle and babydoll sheep are always up for a carrot and a chat over the fence.

Visit in summer to find the pristine surf beaches of Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Point Lonsdale waiting, and come winter there’s nothing better than curling up in front of the fire with a glass of something delicious from the many wonderful wineries surrounding the property. Autumn and Spring are equally delightful, with their ever changing vistas of russet leaves and bursts of beautiful blossoms.

In addition, our Little Tin Chapel on the cottage grounds is perfect for intimate ceremonies, photography, celebrations and vow renewals. We welcome all to celebrate, and offer something a little different to the traditional celebration space.
